A Pound of Round

I have a one pound package of ground round in the fridge. Should I make the Italian Meatloaf w/Basil and Provolone or the Spaghetti Pie or the Beef Taco dish from last month or something else? Thanks in advance.

My vote is for the Italian Meatloaf w/Basil and Provolone. I personally didn't like the Spaghetti Pie (gasp!). And I'm not sure which Beef Taco dish you're talking about. Maybe it was the one with rice? I made that and liked that as well. But my favoriate out of the three was the meatloaf, maybe it just sounds good right now because I havn't made meatloaf since last winter.

Italian Meatloaf!!!!! YUMMY....I've had the Spaghetti Pie and it was good, too. Don't know about the taco thing-was that the reader recipe of a month ago? It seems I read mixed reviews on that one...

I ended up making the Italian Meatloaf. It smells so good while cooking, and it is delicious. My new favorite meatloaf! It tasted better the next day, too.
