It took me 3 trips to Whole Foods in Boulder and Denver, and I finally got to try PIRATES BOOTY!
There was only one bag left on Weds, and someone else got it, so I went back yesterday and got 2 bags!
I got to eat Pirate's Booty all the way home!
Just thought I would share...

I know just how you feel! After seeing all the hoopla re: this fabulouse snack, I finally found some at a local store in my area.
I bought a bag & of course, opened it even before I started the car!:o

Thanks to this BB, DH & I have become seriously addicted to Pirate's Booty! (not that that's a bad thing ;)) Every time I buy it, I see the Fruity Booty sitting there... I'm tempted, yet I end up with PB because I'm afraid FB can't possibly be as finger-licking good. How is the Fruity Booty? Is it corn/rice like PB only sweet? I'm willing to try it if you'll recommend it!

After all the discussion here, I went to get some Pirate's Booty at Trader Joe's, and as many have found, they were out. I got some Smart Puffs instead. Now both DH and I are addicted to Smart Puffs! Pirate's Booty just didn't grab us in quite the same way.

Well, now I'm hooked!
I drove to TJ's (a bit of a haul from where I live), having heard so many good things about it.
Well, I must say it's a great place! They had norimaki (sp?) those little cylindrical rice crackers with seaweed wrapped around them, which I loved in Hawaii years ago.
Hearts of Palm (15 oz jar) for under $2!
Tom's of Maine toothpaste for half what I pay elsewhere!
All sorts of soap and stuff!
They had Pirate's Booty, but it was higher than next door, which had it for....(drumroll here)...$1.68 a bag.
And now I'm hooked.
(I got the Veggie Booty, too; we'll see how that is!)
