I apologize in advance if anyone is offended by this posting, but that being said ... Have any of you ladies noticed a difference in your workout during "that time of the month"?
I find that I sweat more and it feels like I have to work harder (I feel kind of sluggish, almost "out of shape) during my workouts. Does this mean that I'm burning extra calories? (Please say yes, please say yes ...) Wouldn't THAT be a bonus!
