I think we all make mistakes now and then with our workout programs. Spot any you’re guilty of on this list (http://www.fitnessmagazine.com/workout/tips/expert-advice/oops-proof-your-workout/) of 10 common errors? I found it in the latest issue of Fitness, and they have the online version, too. I definitely identified with No. 5 – I always skip warming up because I’m in such a rush!

I can't see a list but I warm up but don't always cool down.
Great reminders. I do well with my warm-ups because I have a hard time completing a workout if I don't. I just bonk. I have, however, been doing almost the same weights forever. Hmm. I guess it's time to mix it up.

I am guilty of #10 -- my workout is about all I do... except running up the stairs to get to my computer several times a day!:o

If you are looking for some variety I would check out the Workouts (http://www.fitnessmagazine.com/workout/) section on Fitness. They have a lot of different options including workouts that target different areas of your body.
