I plan on making the Saucy Sirloin Steak for dinner this week, but I'm unsure on whether my hoisin sauce is still good. It smells/looks fine, but its been open for at least 6 months, maybe a year. Anyone know the shelf life on opened hoisin sauce?
I looked at the Table of Condiments someone posted a few days ago, but they didn't list hoisin sauce.
