How about MimicCream (http://mimiccreme.com/)?
And what about Rich's Whipped Cream (http://www.whiptopping.com/) products? I believe they're non-dairy and it looks like they have one in liquid form that you have to whip.
Ooh, ick. I just found the ingredients in Rich's - forget I mentioned it:
Ingredients in Rich's RichWhip :
Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Partially Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Partially Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil, Contains Less Than 2% of the Following: Carbohydrate Gum, Sugar, Polysorbate 60, Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids, Salt, Sodium Alginate, Soy Lecithin, Artificial Flavor, Sodium Citrate, Natural Flavor, Colored with (Turmeric and Annatto Extracts), Natural and Artificial Flavor.

It depends on what you are using it for? Are you just using it in a sauce? Have you thought about using a soy creamer?

If you are looking to whip the product, I can't think of anything that will replace it.
If you are using it in a sauce, or to cook with, I have used regular, unsweetened soymilk. It isn't exact or perfect, but it got the job done.

I'm looking to use it in sauces, etc - not whip it up. Unfortunately, the mimicreme website indicates that no store near me carries it and at amazon, you have to buy 4 32oz containers!!!
I've tried just soy milk, but it's not heavy enough. Any other suggestions???? Thanks so much guys!

This is a great sub; I use it all the time. :)
You might have to look in the "natural foods" section of your supermarket, and it is a refrigerated product.

Maybe coconut milk, depending upon the flavors?

Here's a site with some recommendations: GoDairyFree (http://www.godairyfree.org/Table/Dairy-Substitutes/Cream-Subs-Heavy/)
One of their reco's is pureed tofu.

Terri, there are loads of soy creamers out there that may work (check out this (http://community.cookinglight.com/showthread.php?t=121881) thread) although they do seem to be a little sweet.

How about almond milk with a thickening agent added in?
