Is Anyone Familiar with Ellen Barrett?

I saw her on a segment of FitTV's "All Star Workout" this afternoon. This looks like a great routine for toning up. It was called "Zen Sculpt" but when I went to her website there was not a DVD by that name.

By looking around the web it appears that her DVD "Crunch, Burn & Firm" might be similar.

Do you have any of her DVDs and, if so, do you like them?

Bumping this up to say that I saw another of her routines this morning called "Slow-Robics". It looked really good too, but I can't find it on DVD.

Can you suggest any of her other DVDs that would be good? I'm not looking for high-impact, lots of equipment, kind of stuff. More like toning, light weights and cardio.

Tie Kitty - I'm not much help here. I've heard others mention her but am not familiar with her myself. Seems like the consensus was positive, although I do remember one person saying she didn't like her voice. :confused: Hope someone who's actually used her workouts can chime in......
