Ok, I finally went out tonight and bought all the ingredients for the famous blueberry pound cake and just realized that the recipe calls for a tube pan, I only have a loaf pan and a bundt pan...do you think I can use either of these? Would I have to adjust anything?

I have made this three times, all three times in a Bundt pan and in turned out marvelously. Mine cooks a little faster than the recipe suggests, so I would recommend checking it 5- 10 minutes earlier, just in case.

When I make this as a gift I use two loaf pans....I made this last night for a neighbor who's sister just past away. It bakes quicker and turns out wonderful.

I've made this twice in two weeks! Each time, I used two loaf pans and it turned out perfectly. It's such a yummy cake!
