Drying herbs

This may be an old thread, but I am still fairly new to the CL BB, so here it goes....one faithful reader will answer my question...

How do you dry fresh herbs?

I hosted my CL supper club last night and I picked some fresh mint for the Iced Tea. I just couldn't throw away the mint that wasn't used....:confused:
