SupperClub in the San Jose/South Bay Area

I am looking to join or start a supper club in the San Jose and/or South Bay Area. Anyone interested in cooking/eating great food, learning more about wine, and meeting new people?? I am! :) Send a reply and lets get this started!

I belong to a supper club that has room for one more....

We have been together since 2004 and meet every other month (usually works out to be 5 times per year). The hostess picks the theme, sends out an evite and prepares the main dish. The rest of the members select a dish that is healthy (Cooking Light, Eating Well or other healthy source) and goes with the theme, then let others know on the evite. There are six of us in the group (one each from: Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Campbell, West San Jose and Willow Glen). We keep our dinners to just the members, but occasionally we will do something outside of our dinners like attend a Cooking Light supper club event or try a new cuisine and spouses/significant others are welcome for those get togethers.
