Hey Orlandoans,

How much work do you think this club might be? Since no one knows each other.. maybe we could also invite a few friends of our own to the first get-together and just make it a party. It seems like other clubs meet once a month or so.. does that sound good to you..

I live in Lake Mary and I am assuming you guys are closer to the city.. I guess if we get a few more posts then we can decide how to proceed and where to meet.

Thanks!
Melissa

I live in Oviedo, near U.C.F. I like the idea of a monthly meeting. That way it wouldn't be a problem to drive to different ends of our town(s). Count me in for an organizational meeting.

I have just moved to the Orlando area from Virginia and would be interested in exploring the idea of joining a supper club. Please keep me posted and let me know if this gets off the ground.

I like the idea of meeting once a month and I don't mind alternating drives (as long as it is not during rush hour traffic!) I live in College Park, which is close to downtown. I am interested in a fun, laid back club. What do you guys think? Let's stay in contact and try to get this club off the ground!

Thanks- Jessica T.

I have been dying to do a supper club! I just moved to the Orlando area(Apopka) and would love a casual supper club. I have no problem with doing some driving.

I would love to help start/join a supper club in Orlando! Cooking for/with friends is something I used to do in Dallas and I love it. We didn't have a supper club but the current issue of Cooking Light features it and I thought--Great! Just what I've been longing for!!
Do we have one? Are we still forming? I would be delighted to host meetings or whatever needs to be done .... I live near downtown Orlando in the Lake Como area so perhaps I am centrally located if that helps.

Hey Guys,

Since we now have at least ten people interested, I guess whoever is most centrally located could maybe be the guinea pig and host the first event???

I live in Lake Mary which may be too much of a drive for some... but I'd be willing to start if no one else is.

Do any of the downtown people want to play host..

Thanks,,

Melissa
