Hey all
I purchased some of that chunked up butternut squash that Trader Joe's sells about 2 weeks ago. Tonight, of course, I'm finally deciding to use it up. Some of the pieces are on the dry side, some are a bit..uh...mushy. They do not smell bad, and I'm not seeing anything gross on them.
I was planning to roast them at 450 with some spices. Think they're OK to eat? I'm figuring that anything that's on them will be killed by the high heat, but wanted to check with the O wise BB.
Thanks!
