Hi stacy and charisse and anyone else.

I want to report on last friday... did GS legs, the whole thing, and also GS chest/triceps, & Coremax #1. I'm proud of that day! Had a good low calorie lunch with my friend on her lunch hour.
Saturday we did our first xc ski of the year. very pretty day, snow not bad although we didn't drive high enough to start and coming down the snow was too thin and we had to walk some sections. 3 hours of cardio none the less.
Sunday I did 20 on the stationary bike and then GS back/biceps. Today I'm not sure. I did get somewhat sore again from GS legs but no where near as bad as the previous round. I'll start STS again this week. Think I've done enough to get primed.

Hope everyone else had a good weekend.

Valerie, you rock!!! What a great weekend of exercise -- especially Friday (not that xc isn't a lot of work)! Awesome. I agree - time to go for STS. You're ready. I'll get there again eventually. It may be January but we'll see.

Was a slug Sunday & Monday. Well, not really really but no workout. :D Today I did the KCM Kickbox premix with both cardio workouts (don't be fooled -- it's 53 minutes!). Always enjoy that one. Tomorrow I'm going to do Supersets -- my "getting back into the swing of things" weight workout. Full body but not too long.

I'll check back tomorrow!

Nothing too exciting, did about 45 min of cardio yesterday and yoga this morning. I'm probably going to do gs chest/triceps.... got pressed for time today and I know I can do that in the time I have. STS is looking at me ... we'll see what thursday looks like.

Stacy.. I'm trying to do, get in a variety of workouts. I haven't done any kickbox in a while , thanks for the reminder. I had the strangest sensation in yoga this morning. we were doing a balance ...you lean forward and lift a leg to the rear with arms to the front and I was aware of a whole lot of muscles contracting along the side of my hips. Never noticed them before. must be the end result of GS legs! so some gain for the pain.

Sorry I've been out-of-pocket for the last few days. It's a very busy time at work and the rest of the days have been non-stop as well.

Did get a couple of more workouts in....Supersets on Wednesday and Step Blast on Friday. Going to do something this morning before we head off to DS's first tennis tournament. Should be a fun day although we're not sure what to expect.

I'll try check in later this weekend!

So cool about feeling "new" muscles in your legs. Love it when that happens!
