I have started toasting wonton wrappers with spices on them. I put them on a cookie sheet coated with cooking spray, pour on some spices (I like a cajun combo or parmesan cheese) and spray again with Pam. Bake for about 8 minutes at 350. They are a great snack and as far as I can tell, not too fattening. Has anyone else made these? Today I had a few for lunch with a black bean relish/dip.

Mmmm. They are quite good. And they are also very easy to burn! Yuck! I had a recipe calling to bake them at 400 degrees -- I'll try 350 next time.
Have you tried them sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar? I slice them in half, and roll them up so it's like a little cookie. I've been baking them in the shape of little cups in a muffin tin, so as to fill them with fruit. :-)
