I, too, live in the western suburbs near LaGrange and would be very interested in joining/helping start up a supper club in the area. What do we need to do next?

I didn't mean to step on your toes, but I started a new thread titled "Chicago-Western Suburbs Supper Club" to clarify our direction. Let's move forward and get to know each other. Hopefully, we get this going! This is really a great idea.
