New (to me) Cookbook

I picked up a cookbook at the library today entitled "Jeanne Jones' Homestyle Cooking Made Healthy." Does anyone have this cookbook? If so, what are some good recipes from it? In the bio. of the author it says she is a columnist of "Cook It Light" and the author of Canyon Ranch Cooking. I have not had time to sit down and look through it yet. Just wanted some feedback from all you good cooks.

I haven't seen the cookbook, but wanted to add that Jeanne Jones' column runs in our newspaper on Tuesdays, and the recipes always look good!
