My favorite fat free salad dressing is Paula's Fat Free Toasted Onion. It only has 10 calories for 2 TBLSP's and as the name states, 0 fat. The problem is that I can't always find Paula's at my Grocery Store (small town) so I am looking for suggestions on other good low fat dressings that people have tried. I love fresh salads but hate to weigh them down with high calorie/fat dressings. Thanks!

I really like the Ken's dressings. I don't know if you can get them in your area, I live in MA. They have a light vidalia onion dressing I realy love! Also, a light olive oil/balsamic vinegar dressing. I think I moved from fat free to light because there is more to choose from. I'll have to see if we have Paula's in our area.

I just love Bernstein's fat free Italian dressing. I think it's called "Parmesan Cheese & Garlic" or something like that. Anyway, it's their only fat-free product. They have several low-fat dressings, but I've never tried them.
I live in the Pacific Northwest and I've never heard of Paula's or Ken's dressing. I'd like to try something different, but everytime I try a different fat free dressing, I don't like it. With the price of dressing sometimes up to $4, it gets a little expensive to experiment. Why don't they ever have trial sizes for salad dressings???
My favorite fat free dressing is balsamic vinegar mixed with frozen raspberries (defrosted in the microwave) can add dry italian spices too (maybe a few drops of olive oil http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/frown.gif for a slightly less than fat free approach). Try this on a salad with feta cheese (oops, there goes the fat free-ness!) and chopped walnuts! YUM!
