Hello. Looking to start (or join) a supper club in Jacksonville, FL. I am a married mother of a young boy. My husband and I love to cook! We are casual and laid back, but love exotic and different cuisine! Hope to hear from others out there.

Hi Renee-
Too bad, you do not live closer to Tallahassee or vice versa. My husband and I love to cook too! We enjoy preparing and eating foods from all around the world. We have had a cooking club in the past and it really lent itself to trying new and exotic foods for the occassion. The club was great fun and we miss it so.
I hope that your supper club is successful.

Hi,

this is Cynthia in Jacksonville, Florida, and I just started a subscription of Cooking Light about two months ago. I decided to look up Supper Clubs in the area because of an article about it in the latest issue. Sounds like a good idea to me. I enjoy cooking but haven't ventured too far from the cajun food I grew up eating in Louisiana. How many does it take to make up a supper club anyway?

Hi. My name is Kristen Wolfe and I would also be interested in joining a Jacksonville supper club. My husband and I enjoy experimenting with different cuisines as well. I think in regard to the number of people we need it's really up to the space we have and the difficulty of coordinating schedules. It sounds like a lot of fun though!

Hello,

My name is Sandra and I would also be interested in joining a cooking club. I live in Jacksonville, Baymeadows area with my boyfriend. I love to cook, a hobby I have just picked up. Let me know if this comes about. We would be very interested.

I am new to the Jacksonville area altho I grew up in St Augustine. I'm in my early 50s and love to cook but because I am recently widowed I don't do much of it anymore. I love oriental, mexican and carribean foods. I'd be interested in joining a club if it is not all couples.

Would love to join a cooking/supper club! I used to be an avid cook, especially using Cooking Light recipes. But have not been cooking nearly as much since it's just my daughter and me this past year.

Please contact me if you get something going. I don't have a lot of time for being the ringleader, but I'll certainly be an active participant!

My husband and I would be interested in joining a Jacksonville supper club. We also have a young son and are open to an adult only supper club (i.e. no kids - we are fortunate to have a great babysitter) or one with kids welcome or some combination of both.

Where do we go from here?
