Review:zippy Black Bean Burritos (9/01)

In search of a quick and easy meal, I decided to try these. These "zippy burritos" definitely met my requirements for a quick and easy recipe. The ingredients are things you usually have on hand, and there is not much prep work involved. I followed the recipe and didn't make any changes. I thought this was a tasty and satisfying meal!

Ok, so I'm a little behind, but I finally tried these burritos last night. I had originally meant to make the black bean burritos in this months issue but Dh decided to start dinner and he took this recipe which was in my binder.

Anyhow, all I can say is that these were fantastic! We don't like cilantro so that wasn't added but we did add fat free sourcream and lots of hot sauce.

Fantastic and definetly going into regular rotation!
