Does anyone know the differences between breadcrumbs and soft breadcrumbs and how do you make them?

Soft breadcrumbs are usually fresh slices of bread crumbled in a food processor or blender. Regular bread crumbs are usually dried breadcrumbs that can be purchased or made with toasted/dried bread.
