accessing old highlights

When you send me email updates, there are always great food focus things. But, once I erase these, is there a way to reaccess past ones? For example, there was a feature on quick dishes (steak fajitas were included) and a plan was given for making the meal (side dishes and all) come together. Can I get to these past highlights through the website, or once erased from my account are they gone forever?

Unfortunately, there is no way to access the email newsletters through the website.

If that's not it, I would suggest posting the inquiry on the Great Food board. Maybe it also struck someone else as tasty and they've kept it in their inbox.
