Reston, VA supper club

We are six members looking for additional new members to join a supper club starting after Labor Day. Four members live in Reston, VA and two members live in Annandale. Any interested participants from central or Northern Fairfax County (Reston, Herndon, Chantilly, Centreville, Annandale, Burke, Fairfax, Vienna, McLean or Great Falls), Sterling or eastern Loudoun County, Falls Church or Arlington? Are your prefered meeting days only weekends, or could you attend on a week night? Do you have any preferences or special knowledge of a particular cuisine?

I just read the article about supper clubs in the latest edition of Cooking Light. I am very interested in joining a group in my area. I live in Herndon so your group sounded ideal. I am flexible about most nights except three Wednesdays a month. Weekends are usually okay too. I have taken some cooking classes including one on Thai food. Please let me know how I can get involved.

Hello David,

We live in Centreville and would be interested in joining a cooking club. However because of previous plans we would not be able to join until mid October. We would prefer weekend evenings, however wouldn't rule out other nights. We can host about 20 to 25 people comfortable in out home . Please let me know if you will be having a mixer for people who are interested.

David: We also saw the article in COOKING LIGHT yesterday...and have been wanting to join a cooking/supper club, so here we are on-line checking out this bbs. We have lived in Oak Hill (Herndon) for the past 20 years, are empty nesters, and love to cook, and interact with others who enjoy the same. We can change our schedules to accommodate any night of the week/weekend...and would love to be included in a meeting or get together that you all have.

My CL Supper Club changed from Thursday night to Friday, which is a bad night for me. I am trying to find a group that will take one more person. I live in Fairfax, very near the Vienna Metro.
