Is there a Princeton, NJ Supper Club?

I live in the Princeton, NJ area and have been a subscriber of Cooking Light for years -- but for some reason am only now picking up on the Supper Club idea. I'd LOVE to join an exisiting club in the Princeton area, or start a new one! Please let me know if you are aware of one or want to get involved. Thanks! - Janie

I too am a long time fan of Cooking Light. Although I live almost 35 minutes from downtown Princeton, I would love to join your group. Am I too far away?

My husband and I both spend lots of time in the Princeton area. Until 5 months ago (when I had my first baby) I worked in Carnegie Center. Now I work from home and am dying for some adult company and good food.

Please let me know when you plan to have your first meeting. (and also if any husbands (or males) are involved).

Hi Janie. I'm relatively new to the Princeton area & was wondering if there's still time to join your supper club. I've been subscribing to Cooking Light for about a year now & love it! Just read your post, and am confirming my attendance with you for the 9/29 meeting! I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone and actually getting this club off the ground! Thank You to all of you for you updates on our September 29th meeting! I am keeping a spreadsheet of all of your names, email addresses, and attendance for our Introductory Meeting. When I am back in the office on Tuesday, September 4th - I will post a reply with who is attending (by CL Bulletin Board Username only!) thus. The Saturday prior to our meeting I will post a message with a *firm* TIME and PLACE to go with our already chosen date of 09/29/01. Bring both the September and October issues of Cooking Light and all of the ideas you've been wanting for so long to try! Also give some thought to what the "theme" should be for our first dinner, and where we should have it. I am very much looking forward to meeting all of you! Janie

I was unable to attend the first meeting and have not heard from anyone since. I am unsure about the success of the first meeting or if there have been additional meetings. Maybe we will hear more soon.
