Chicken Pasta Salad - August

I looked at all the reviews from the August issue and was surprised that there weren't any for the Chicken Pasta Salad. I made it for dinner last night and it was excellent. My husband loved it! It is a very light, but tasty summer-time entree. I served it with a baguette - what a simple meal.

Is this the one with the mayo and yogurt sauce or the one with the corn?
I made the one with the mayo-yogurt sauce, and it was great. really tasty, tangy, and filling!

Thanks for the recommendation! I am going to a picnic tomorrow and was mulling over what to make. I've been meaning to try that recipe and kept forgetting about it because I hadn't seen any mention of it on the board!

I made that recipe too and loved it! Perfect picnic/beach/biking/road trip food! There were a couple of reviews on it way back, and it seemed that not too many people actually liked it - several said it was bland. I don't care for bland food either, but didn't think it bland at all. Anyhow, thanks for the reminder - I want to make this again!

Oops - upon reading this thread again, you guys are referring to the one in the August issue - I liked the one from I think it was June - haven't tried this one from August yet! Sorry! But you get my vote for the Confetti Pasta Salad from June!

Oh! I couldn't remember the name, but now I know- I was referring to the Confetti Pasta salad! it was yummy!!
