Just wanted to put my two cents in about a recipe from August/2001....Chicken thighs with honey ginger glaze. My DH and I thought the chicken was quite tasty. I can't wait to fix it again. Plus, it was so easy to make. It's wonderful when you can fix dinner in under 30 minutes. :D
