I tried the Argentian Chimichurri Steak (can't remember the actual name) tonight. It was really good. I'm not a beef eater at all and I really liked this. The spices on the flank steak were really tasty. I also made the Chimichurri sauce and used that too, but the steak was great without it as well. I served this with a Wheat Pilaf mix from Near East and the chimichurri sauce added a bit of flavor to that. I will definitely make this one again. One note, I made only half of the chimichurri sauce and I have a ton left (only two of us ate the steak). I plan to use the extra sauce tomorrow on leftover pilaf.
