I made the Farmers' Market Potato Salad (http://find.myrecipes.com/recipes/recipefinder.dyn?action=displayRecipe&recipe_id=1988574) from the June 2010 issue last night to accompany a BB favorite, Unbelieveable Chicken.
The salad was very good. I'm not a fan of mayo-based potato salads, and I liked the mustard and tarragon dressing this recipe calls for. A half a teaspoon of Tabasco lends a nice bite. I couldn't find fingerling potatoes, so I substituted red potatoes as suggested -- very good -- and roasted them for an extra long time in the oven. I had a couple of cups of frozen corn kernels, so I threw those in the oven along with the potatoes. They crisped up beautifully. If I were to make this again (and I probably will), I would probably add less dressing to the warm potatoes. This has already proven itself good hot or cold, by the way.
As for the Unbelieveable Chicken, that turned out to be highly believeable. It was OK, but nothing I'd make again.
