Anyone in Newton interested in starting a club? I'd love to meet new people in the "garden city" along with sharing some great food, wine and conversation.

I know there are initial meetings going on for a few clubs in the Boston and MetroWest area. Just though I'd see the initial interest for Newton.

Hi Nicole

I saw your post about looking for a supper club. I live in Framingham. I am from Newton, lived there most of my life. I am interested in a supper club if you have one in the making. None of my friends cook and I would like to find some people that do.
Hope to hear from you.

Pat

Hi,

I am in Marlboro for most of the work week. I am getting involved with the MetroWest group. However, at risk of becomong a supperclub slut, I would be interested in the Newton group. Hopefully cooking parties could be done duringthe week sometime.

How about a meeting sometime during the week of the 17th?

Any suggestions on a place we could meet in the Watertown/Newton area?

My suggestion: Monday, September 17 at 7 pm at Not Your Average Joe's in Watertown Square (Main Street)

Thoughts/Suggestions?

Hi Chuck,

Allison and I were there. Sorry we missed you. Since most people couldn't make Sept. 17th. How about another date? Any suggestions?

I'm game. You name a day and perhaps more people can make it. Perhaps we can set up a means to identify each other. Or let the host know we are in the Newton Supperclub group group. By the way, they have very nice Calamari.

I also live close to Newton - in Waltham - and I'm intrigued by the supper club concept, as I love to cook - especially with others.

Have you all chosen another date to meet? If so, I'd love to join in on this initial meeting. Please either email me at nu9293@rcn.com or post the new date. - Ashley;)
