Does anyone have a tried-and-true recipe for mozzarella - NOT in 30 minutes? I have made the 30 minute mozzarella and it's fine, but have heard the one where you add the bacteria (?) is better. Now I even went to a local brewery supply and got some of the bacteria stuff (that I can not find now but it's in my freezer somewhere). Anyway I was hoping to make this very soon as my raw milk is ready to be used!
