Favorite Receipe

What is your favorite receipe from CL? I know that there are sooooo many, but I have to say that one of my all-time favorite is the Spicey Crab Dip!

That's a hard one! I could pick a favorite maybe out of each category, but one overall - that's difficult to say! :)

I would say either the angel biscuits or some cinnamon rolls that were in a 1991 or 1992 issue.

While I only discovered the Cooking Light magazine a year ago :D, I have had the MasterCook: CL computer program for a while. I, too, couldn't just pick one recipe as my favorite, but the one I have probably made the most is the Thai Seared Tofu, CL, April 1997, pg 140 (with a few modifications of my own). Quick and yummy!

The barbeque salmon recipe from the April or May issue of this year! I have made several times already this summer and given it many friends!
