I saw this recipe posted on another thread and I have a couple questions.
-Has anyone made this with boneless, skinless chicken breasts? My DH and I prefer this over thighs.
-What did you serve on the side?

Ooops. Here it is.
Shoyu Chicken (from The Oregonian)
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp minced ginger
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
In a large skillet, combine soy sauce, sugar, ginger and garlic; bring to a boil. Add chicken, reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 20-25 minutes until chicken is done.

I have made the recipe, but not with chicken breasts. I used to really dislike chicken thighs, but now I prefer them!
I usually serve the chicken with coconut rice and some kind of green beans.
