White Bean Hummus Dip

Okay everyone - I tried the White Bean Hummus Dip from the May issue and found it to be very bland. Not one of CL's better recipes, I'm afraid.

My husband agrees with you - although I liked its subtleness (if thats a word). I just made it again and added a little more garlic and green onion and that gave it a little more zip. We made "hummus wraps" with it for a picnic this past weekend - tortillas, hummus, red onion, lemon-garlic chicken, feta and spinach - and it was quite good with the additional flavors.

Yes, it definitely could have used a lot more garlic and onion - maybe even salt. -Glad you improved it though!
