I'm planning on making the famous Blueberry Pound Cake for Labor Day and haven't made it before. While I know from earlier threads that it will freeze, how well does it hold up being made a day in advance. And... do you refrigerate it or leave it covered on the counter?

I have a glass cake dome I leave it in. It tastes great the next day as well. OH, but mostly I just sprinkle powdered sugar on it, rather than the glaze.

I made this a couple days ago and it still tastes wonderful! I too have just left mine covered on the counter.

Thanks all of you. I'm going to make it today after I get some blueberries at the Farmer's Market.
