we made these last night with a side of jasmine rice and snow peas sauteed with garlic, ginger, and soy sauce (our typical 'side' more or less with anything 'asian'...)

i thought these were just ok, but DH really liked it. i liked the sauce, i just never seem to like when chicken breasts are done on the stovetop unless they are breaded in some way. next time, i'd grill the chicken breasts, basting w/ some sauce at the end, and spoon more sauce over the chicken on the plate.
