Hi, my name is Carrie and I am interested in joining or starting and Albany/Berkeley Supper Club. I love to cook tasty, light food and enjoy these with my husband and friends. As I am new to the area, my husband and I would like to meet other couples for potluck style "Cooking Light" excursions (once a month). We especially enjoy emphasizing foods from particular regions. If anyone in the area is interested, please email me.

Dearest Carrie,
My wife and I are interested in the Supper Club idea, but have had a little trouble finding the right mix of foodies (because most of our friends don't get it). Not to mention finding couples to be a part of it, and not friends with rotating "other halves."
I do most of the cooking, while she takes on the occasional sweetstuff. I'm really into regional Americana, and peasant food from around the world. I try to keep it simple, but light with high quality. We make regular trips to Napa to visit family, who conveniently work in the industry up there. Then there's always the Farmer's Market at Jack London Square, as well as our local butcher and grocers. We like to travel, taste and explore.
We live in Alameda, have two kids, and are in our early 30's. We're looking to make the Supper Club an escape from the kids once a month, and enjoy great food, wine, and conversation. Email me, and maybe we can arrange something soon.

My husband and I are interested in joining an East Bay club. We live in Fremont. We both like to try new recipes and new cuisines, and as we are originally from the Midwest, we have been having fun trying all the different produce from the local farmer's market.
We're in our mid-20s, no kids. We think a supper club would be a good way to meet new people and to share our love of good food and cooking. :)
