Seriously? 2 minutes between submissions?

I think this is too long!

I must either type fast, or make short answers, but I'm constantly running amok of the 2-minute boundary. Can't we shorten it to 30 seconds or so?

Is there a reason I'm not seeing for there to be 2 minutes between submissions?
