The last couple of times I have gotten small sweet potatoes in my Bountiful Basket. They are about 4 or 5 inches long and maybe 2 inches in diameter. I think they are too small to bake. I have never seen this size before. I would think I could just boil them, but wondered if any of you have any suggestions and what kind of potato are these.
I'm sure you could bake them for a shorter amount of time, but I'd be inclined to use them in a soup, casserole or side dish (isn't there a salad with cubed sweet potatoes? or a risotto - baked fries or roasted root veggies).

I would quarter or halve them (turn them into wedges) and roast them.
