Salvador Dali recipe request

Does anyone have the recipe for Dali's Prawn Parfait from his cookbook - Les Diners De Gala- that you'd be willing to share? I've tried googling but all I can find are pictures from the book. I can blow it up and read the directions but not the ingredients.

Several times I've been able to borrow an out-of-print, too-expensive-for-me-to-buy used cookbook through an interlibrary loan. Maybe you could try that if nobody comes up with it.
