Instant Tiramisu Recipe Needed

Help! I am having friends for dinner and was planning to serve the instant tiramisu recipe (June 2000?). I can not find that issue! Can anyone provide me with the recipe! Thanks so much. Pat

Instant Tiramisu

1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
3/4 cup (6 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
24 ladyfingers (2 [3-ounce] packages)
1/2 cup Kahlua (coffee-flavored liqueur)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa

1. Combine the ricotta, cream cheese, and sugar in a food processor; process until smooth.

2. Split the ladyfingers in half lengthwise. Arrange 24 halves in a single layer in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Drizzle with half the Kahlua, and let stand 5 minutes. Spread half of cheese mixture evenly over the ladyfingers. Repeat procedure with the remaining ladyfingers, Kahlua, and cheese mixture. Sprinkle with cocoa. Yield: 10 servings.
