Or rather, what should I be eating to do this?

I know that it's beneficial to eat something within 30 minutes of exercise to replace the glycogen that's been depleted from your muscles. But what foods are best to do this? Though I can tolerate food after exercise, I don't want to eat anything substantial, mainly because I'll be starving later, and I want to stretch and shower asap!

Caveat--bananas and peanut butter are out! The 2 most favored foods for energy/nutrient replenishment (or so it seems) have always upset my stomach :( .

The best kinds of foods to eat following a workout are ones with a high glycemic index -- the kinds you shouldn't be eating before a workout.
Pretzels, cereals, whole-grain bagels or toast, dried fruit, fruit yogurt (I think those all qualify, but someone correct me if I'm wrong!) would all be great follow-up snacks.
