Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Just wanted to say that this is great! I made it last night for some friends and it was delicious. I didn't cheat (meaning I actually used the fat-free cream cheese & fat-free sour cream). I was a little concerned that flavor might be sacrificed, but I was wrong. It was also very creamy. Definitely a keeper and repeater.

I noticed this one in the September issue right away because I've been hoping they'd lighten this dip -- it is my favorite! I haven't had a chance to make it yet, but I'm so glad to see good feedback on it -- I will definitely find time to make it SOON.
