By this I mean complete whole grains like the bread I eat...nothing refined and absolutely NO white flour.

ANYone, anyone?????

I am imagining a wonderful grainy crust with chopped veggies and a pad thai sauce or peanut sauce...maybe some grilled tofu...anyway it calls for a wheaty crust with lots of heartiness!!!!

Kim, I'm not sure if this is what you have in mind, but I've cut RunnerKim's wheat pizza dough recipe down to 2 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour and 1/2 cup of white. It's working so well that I'm planning to do all whole wheat flour the next time.

The recipe would be:

3 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup water
1 1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 t. active dry yeast

Kinda blah sounding, but I think it's awesome. I know it's not exactly grainy; maybe you could top it with some rolled oats and seeds?
