Are the recipes worth it? I am really tempted but just don't want to spend the money if the recipes are not that great. I love the magazine and wonder if I should go for it. Is it better than other versions. I have the Betty Crocker version and have not been thrilled.

If you love the magazine then you will love the recipes in MC. Do you dislike the Betty Crocker version because of the recipes or because you don't like MC? If it's because of the recipes, then I'd say go for the CL version. If it's because you don't like MC in general, then I would probably save my money.

The CL version contains recipes in CL magazine. So, if you like the magazine and it's recipes, you will most likely like MC as well. I have the Complete version 5.0 with all MC, CL, BC, etc. I believe mine goes up to 1997. Not sure what 6.0 goes up to.

I love the program just not the recipes. So it sounds like I will like it. Thanks for the advice.
