I posted this on the Supper Club Board a few weeks ago, but I'm hoping for a wider audience here....
We are an existing group that has been meeting for seven years. We recently lost a member and would like to add one or two new people to our group.
There are five of us, all women, located in San Jose, Sunnyvale, Mountain View & Palo Alto. Every other month we meet for dinner, usually on a Saturday evening. The hostess selects the theme and provides the entree. Other members fill in the remaining parts of the menu potluck style. We cook almost exclusively from Cooking Light and Eating Well (other healthy sources of recipes are also OK). We always have lots of great food and enjoyable conversation. We also maintain a blog to keep a record of the recipes we have used for our dinners.
In most years we try to do at least one thing outside of our dinners. In the past we have attended Cooking Light Supper Club events, Shakespeare in the Park, gone out for dim sum, Ethiopian food & afternoon tea.
