I made this for dinner last night and both my husband and I really liked it. I read previous reviews and wanted to add my 2 cents worth because I didn't think it was time consuming and you have to love balsamic vinegar which we do. I halved the recipe but next time I will use more tomatoes than called for. I used focaccia bread and 1 tsp dried thyme because I had it on hand. We're garlic lovers so I pressed 3 small cloves. After I tossed the (baby) spinach in the balsamic mixture I removed the spinach and put the chicken in the bowl to soak up any remaining balsamic flavor. Great flavor and a snap for a weeknight.

My husband and I also really enjoyed this sandwich, but mine fell apart all over the place. DH saw mine doing this so held his tightly. Did yours fall apart?

i made this sandwich this weekend and we loved it! i to added more garlic and instead of brie i used swiss cheese (because i didn't want to run to the store)

and YES it was extrememly messy and fell apart but we loved it!

Actually it didn't fall apart but that may be because I used focaccia bread.

My husband and I love this recipe, easy and yummy
Our bread did fall apart though........
Focaccia sounds good, we should try that next
