Reporting Spam

Why do we have to wait 60 seconds between each spam report? It seems as though they're getting ahead of us. May I suggest a 20- or 30- second wait?

WHy does the spam even get thru? Isn't there some type of program they could run that would detect that nonsense before it gets posted?

I'm still waiting to hear from CL how they were able to post a thread with only 1 post. I thought they had to have at least 5posts :confused:
