This is exactly as advertised--fast and good for an after-work meal. I sauteed some spinach with olive oil, garlic, and cayenne and served the fish and relish on top of it all. I did substitute tilapia for the halibut because it was on sale, but otherwise made it as written.

That does sound good, and I think I'll try it with cod. I like the idea of serving on a bed of spinach, too. Thanks for posting. :)

I have perch, do you think that would work as well?

Otherwise, I'll use tilapia also, since I have both tilapia and perch.
