Couldn't be easier and it was good, nothing spectacular, but a good solid weeknight meal.

Haven't seen that one, but we've been enjoying a Taco Rice Bowl recipe from Clean Eating mag. Probably similar.

I agree, Terrytx. A very easy but flavorful meal. Didn't have the taco seasoning packet so I substituted 1 tsp of chili powder and 1/2 tsp of ground cumin.

DW commented that it could easily be used for a taco filling; just add the usual tomato, cheese, and lettuce.
