Log in problem

I wanted to change my email address last week, and when I tried it said that email address was already in use by another member (which is weird because I've had the other address for 20 years). I checked the other member and they've never posted. I sent a private message to one of the moderators about it already last week with no reply.

Since then, I have to sign in every time I open the forum. Can someone help with this??
