Don and I would love to join your group. I tried to recruit a supper club a couple weeks ago (under Western Nevada) and had lots of lookers but, unfortunately, no one would post. So, I'll post on yours instead! :)
We both like to cook and use Cooking Light recipes regularly. We have space to host and welcome any type of group, as long as there's good food to be had. :)
We can't wait to get started! We're new to the area, so don't know enough to recommend a "neutral" place to meet. But, since you have enough taste to get Cooking Light, we will follow your lead and meet you wherever you suggest.

Sounds like we've got six now... I think that's enough to get started and, if more want to join later, we can invite them along too! Does it sound like I'm excited? :)
Does anyone want to suggest a time and a place to meet? Either a weeknight for dinner and/or beverages, or a weekend day for either lunch or dinner will work for us.

I can even offer some insights from another CL supper club: My sister has joined one in Fort Collins, Colorado.
